At the Abel Maldonado Community Youth Center, mindset is everything! This new class is designed to give teen girls health and wellness information and fun activities related to nutrition, exercise, positive mental health, skin care, fashion, stress relief, goal-setting, and general wellness. Participants will learn with their peers and meet other girls who share an interest in wellness while they learn how to "season" their future with positivity.
