- 20 min – Warm-up & Meet and Greet
- 30 min – Skill stations
- 20 min – Rally / skill games
- 20 min – Snack & water break
- 30 min – New skill or challenge
- 30 min – Point play / tennis games
- 20 min – Team games & conditioning
- 10 min – Cool down & wrap-up
Friday is tournament day where the kids divide in half and compete for points vs the other squad as well as can challenge coaches/other levels in points. Lastly hit for prizes and water Balloon the coaches.
