About This Activity
Work Crew is a special ‘camp within a camp’ designed for teen leadership training. Cabin Leaders are assigned as Work Crew Bosses and provide 24hour supervision & leadership; because sessions are two weeks long,* participants build deep lasting friendships. RLBC is looking for teenagers who can serve others joyfully without seeking attention or glory for themselves. Work Crew may be the most difficult thing you’ve ever done, but it may also be the most powerful experiences of your life. If you are looking for leadership development, or you want to become a camp leader, Work Crew is the camp for you! *This special session of Work Crew dovetails with Junior 2 Camp and Family Camp and has no break on the weekend. It's our longest camp, and it's a blast! Please note the unique end time of 1pm on the last day of camp.
