About This Activity
This camp is for girls entering 7th–8th grade who are ready to bring the energy and level UP. Get ready for fast-paced drills, competitive games, and tons of reps designed to help you play stronger, quicker, and smarter. The LSSU coaching staff and players will help campers tighten their handle, attack the glass, lock in defensively, and build the kind of confidence that shows up in big moments. Campers will also get the chance to hang out with our Lake Superior State players, learn from them on and off the court, and see what it takes to play at the college level. It’s a great way to start the week, build relationships, and get in the gym before our Kids Camp (which campers are still invited to attend as well). Expect high energy, friendly competition, and a gym full of athletes pushing each other to get better. This is where fundamentals meet fire.
