This program is designed to enhance an athlete’s acceleration, deceleration, quickness, change of direction, and vertical. Participants will be put through various drills that will be both challenging and fun. No matter what sport you play, this class will help you become a better athlete. There is NO basketball required in this class.No class on 09/07/2026
