The Youth Weight Training & Muscle Building Program is a structured and engaging fitness program tailored for teens ages 13–19. This 6-week, progressive training course is designed to educate and empower participants on:
- Proper lifting techniques
- Muscle-building fundamentals
- Gym safety and etiquette
- Goal setting and consistency
- Developing healthy lifelong habits
The program is geared toward building confidence, strength, and knowledge while fostering a positive environment for youth development in fitness.
Each week will build on the last and include both practical workouts and short educational segments. Topics include:
- Week 1: Intro to Resistance Training & Safety
- Week 2: Basic Movement Patterns (Push, Pull, Squat, Hinge)
- Week 3: Muscle-Building Nutrition Basics
- Week 4: Structuring a Workout Split
- Week 5: Tracking Progress & Setting Goals
- Week 6: Gym Confidence, Mental Health, and Final Assessment
All sessions will include dynamic warmups, hands-on coaching, form correction, and proper cooldown techniques.
