About This Activity
Description
Acrobatics uses strength and flexibility to perform gymnastic-based tricks. In this class, students perform conditioning exercises to prepare them for increased difficulty. It teaches flexibility, balance, strength, and coordination. Students work on stationary and traveling steps as well.
Must be 8 years old by first day of class. No classes March 8 (make up 1/4), March 24-29 (Spring Break)
