About This Activity
Description
Students must have the instructor's permission and be enrolled in at least Beg 3 Ballet before enrolling in Pointe Transition class. Dancers will not begin in pointe shoes. They will strengthen their core, legs, ankles, and feet while learning proper techniques and body placement that is necessary to dance on pointe. Students will progress to wearing pointe shoes upon instructor's evaluation and permission. Must be enrolled in ballet class.
