Beginning level classes focus on learning basic rhythm patterns starting with basic skills and terminology. As students advance, they will learn combinations of shuffles, flaps, riffs, etc. Advanced levels combine these in more complex rhythm and mixed meter. All levels emphasize clarity of sound and timing, and development of the style.
Must be 5 years old by first day of class. No classes: November 24-29, October 31 (Make up 1/2), December 22-Jan 1, March 7 (Make Up 1/3), March 23-28
