About This Activity
Description
Children will develop balance, coordination, strength and motor skills through challenging obstacle training each week. These courses will teach spatial awareness and strengthen agility through basic gymnastics skills, swinging/jumping movement and hand-eye coordination exercises.
Adult participation is required for this program.
Parents need to attend and participate in all classes.
