This class helps students improve their coordination, develop total body fitness, build stamina and teach lasting personal safety skills. Karate also increases flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and muscle tone, while improving core strength.
Adults may register for these programs. Note: Adult/child classes will train together.
No class on 09/16.
