Adults may register for this program.
This class offers a mix of strength training with cardiovascular and flexibility exercises. Improve your coordination, agility and poise, as well as learn lasting personal safety skills. Benefit from the mental stimulation of learning the choreographed moves of the kata and the discipline of conforming to the class rules. Children and adults will train together – this is a great way to spend quality time with your child. No class July 10, 2024.
