Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art and Olympic sport. Learn the application of blocks, kicks and practical self-defense. Class is designed to develop physical strength, flexibility and coordination as well as reduce stress. Class is taught by a seventh degree Grandmaster and includes Korean self-defense, the art of escaping from holds and grabs in a safe and effective manner.
Uniforms and belt-testing are available through the Tae Kwon Do instructor.
This program cannot be prorated per contractual company. If you are outside of the age range contact the park district to see if you can be let in.
