About This Activity
Description
These camps are designed for cheerleaders/dancers or individuals who are looking to improve their tumbling skills, balance work, and jump sequences to meet qualifications for current or future cheerleading squads. These camps will also incorporate strength and flexibility training. Participants will be divided according to skill and/or age level. Participants should bring cheer/gym shoes and a water bottle.
