To participate you must be an average swimmer. Choose this level if are transitioning from beginner to intermediate level.- Beginner: Little or no previous diving experience.
- Intermediate: Should be able to perform the following efficiently: three or four-step approach with the hurdle step, back press, front dive, back dive, 1/2 twist, front somersault and back somersault.
