Kokikai Kids is an introductory martial arts class. Students will engage in activities such as stretching, rolling, conditioning exercises, and movement for self-defense. Youth may come away from this class with increased confidence, mind-body awareness, and an appreciation for traditional martial arts. Please wear loose, athletic clothing. Parents must stay on site.
