Training Focus:
- Point Play: Players will engage in point play exercises, simulating real match conditions to develop strategic thinking and competitive skills.
- Serving Practice: Daily serving drills will help players perfect their serve technique, power, and accuracy.
- Rally Drills: Consistent rally practice will enhance players' consistency, control, and endurance on the court.
Goals and Benefits:
- Skill Development: The program aims to refine players' technical skills, tactical understanding, and mental toughness.
- Tournament Preparation: By participating in this program, players will be better prepared for the demands of competitive tennis tournaments.
- Team Spirit: The class fosters a sense of camaraderie and sportsmanship among players, encouraging them to support and challenge each other.
