Junior Yellow performance program for Fall 2025! This activity will be registration for YELLOW performance levels. Players at this level should be Actively playing Level 5-Level 7 (or higher) tournaments, monthly.
No lessons the week of 11/25-11/30
Junior Yellow Performance will focus on:Continental grip skills (serve, volley, slice, mini tennis)Dynamic split step and turn, with racquet head above the hands on groundstrokesActive feet and explosive movement and recoveryServe in continental grip Footwork pattern and stance based on incoming ball and recovery

Continue to develop tennis and athletic skills with refinement of technical aspects of the game including proper grip, preparation and swing path, basic footwork patterns, basic tactical patterns, and rally skills through partner and game-based activities.
