Learn to enjoy training! Join our first Panther Performance camp and learn from our Strength and Conditioning Program Head during a week designed to teach young athletes some of the core principles behind training for top performance. Campers will learn Panther Activation - the pre-contest routine used by most of our Seattle Prep varsity sports - as well as train for both strength and speed in a fun and safe environment.
