About This Activity
Take off to many corners of the globe as you come to know those popular snacks of a long list of rich cultures - from French bites to Spanish tapas, Korean barchans, and Peru to New Orleans beignets. You can imagine how many new cooking skills, seasonings and delicious flavors you will add to your culinary expertise. This is what worldly culinary knowledge is all about! **Please alert any dietary restrictions when registering so instructor can try their best to accommodate** What you'll need: Laptop, smartphone, or tablet with working camera/microphone. Basic kitchen supplies (stove, oven, bowls, saucepan, utensils, measuring cup, sheet pan, knife). An ingredient kit will be available for pick-up at Coyote Central or Coyote North the week before class. This is your chance to engage in virtual face-to-face time using the ZOOM platform and be led through traditional Coyote icebreakers, demonstrations, discussions, and reflections. You'll have the opportunity to interact with your instructor and your peers "real-time" during the class. Instructors will incorporate technique, critique, and interactive teaching in each session. It'll look JUST like a Studio Coyote class, only your friends will be on your screen and your art will be in your home! Instructor: Elon Wagoner
