Midsummer Low Brass Music Intensive Workshopa workshop for MS & HS low brass students
Dates: July 28 to July 31, 2026
Times:
- Tues - Fri: 10:30 - 2:30 PM
- Friday, July 31st Concert @ 1:30pm
Tuition*: $425.00
Ages: Advanced Middle School (2 or more years of band) through graduating high school seniors
Instruments: Tuba, Euphonium ("baritone horn") and Trombones

Midsummer Low Brass Music Intensive Workshop is a demanding, focused camp for young brass players. Leading teaching and performing artists who perform with Seattle Symphony, Pacific N.W. Ballet, Seattle Opera, Pacific Coast Brass, and other leading ensembles will instruct students on fundamentals of brass playing, performing, and coach in a supportive brass ensemble environment.
The week will culminate in a public performance at 1:30PM at Music Center on Friday, July 31st.
2026 Summer Workshop & Camp Refund Policy
- Refund in full if withdrawing on or before June 16, 2026.
- 50% refund if withdrawing on or between June 17, 2026 and July 14, 2026.
- No refund if withdrawing on or after July 15, 2026.
- No drop offs before 10:20am.
- There is no aftercare; prompt pickups please.
- Students need to bring a lunch and water bottle each day.
