JazzSprouts is a jazz education program designed for children 8 months to five years old. During this eight-week program, babies and toddlers attend the 60-minute session with an adult caregiver during which they stomp, strut and swing to joyous rhythms of jazz. With multiple class times available to better fit your scheduling needs, families learn the core concepts, instruments, and great performers of Jazz, a vital Black American art form, through live music, dancing, story time and a racially-diverse curriculum. And, to top it all off, every four weeks students and families will be joined by a live band! Register now to join in on the fun! PROGRAM DETAILS Dates: January 17, 2026 - March 14, 2026 (8 weeks) Day/Time: Saturdays, 9:00-9:45 AM Location: Seattle JazzED (380 Boren Ave N, Seattle, WA 98112) Tuition and Sliding Scale: We believe that every student who wants to play should get to play. That’s why we offer a variety of tuition levels for our programming. We encourage you to select the option that’s best for your family at this time. If you’re able to choose a level that is above standard tuition, your support will go even farther to ensure: -Every student has access to JazzED programs, regardless of their ability to pay. -Teaching artists can earn a livable wage while mentoring and inspiring our next generation of musicians. Starting October 1, 2025 a new Washington State law (ESSB 5814) requires us to add sales tax to tuition. Sales tax will apply to all tuition amounts up to our standard tuition level.
