About This Activity
Combine performance training with community outreach. Students of ranging age and skill level with an interest in teamwork and leadership are encouraged to sign up. Music is arranged to be accessible to students with at least one school year on their instrument, up to advanced students. ELIGIBILITY Grades 5-12 Instruments: Any instrument, including non-traditional jazz instruments such as French horn, bassoon, violin, viola, cello, etc. are welcome. Students should possess basic understanding of how to read/play rhythms, be able to identify written notes on a staff, and understand basic command of instrument. LOCATION Seattle JazzED South Lake Union Site 380 Boren Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109 DATES & TIMES (Monday-Friday) Monday, July 29th - Friday, August 9th 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM SLIDING SCALE TUITION We are committed to this program being financially accessible for ALL families. You select the tuition amount that works for you. Your tuition payment helps cover the cost of renting class space and paying our educators a fair wage, as well as classroom supplies, sheet music, etc. -$1600 (Full Price) -$1200 (25% off) -$800 (50% off) -$400 (75% off) -FREE (Full Tuition Waiver) You will have the option of entering a sliding scale tuition code on the registration check-out page. Be sure to select the payment plan option if you want to break your payments up.
