About This Activity
This hands-on engineering camp focuses on building structurally sound robots and mechanisms for competitive robotics. Students will learn engineering principles by designing, constructing and testing robots using the VEX V5 construction systems. Students will construct and operate simple robots to accomplish various tasks. No previous building experience necessary. Note: while this class uses VEX IQ building system and the VEX IQ game no prior experience or participation in the upcoming season is expected. *Campers enrolled in a full day of camps will have supervised lunch and activities on campus after morning session and prior to attending their afternoon session.
