About This Activity
The food we eat tells stories—- of culture, history, conflict, migration, assimilation, and home. By tracing the flavors of the Spice Trade, we will cook our way through the deliciously complex history of spices that have been moving across Asia, Northeast Africa, and Europe and for thousands of years.
