In this introductory cooking class we will be exploring dishes that make up the basic building blocks of our modern diets. From snacks to pasta to dessert we will look at how to make a general version of each recipe, and then customize it depending on our individual tastes. Our guiding question for this week will be "What makes this taste good to me?" By the end of class we will all understand our palates better, as well as how to please them with simple and delicious dishes. Teaching Artist: Nathan Brockett
