About This Activity
Description
This activity may not be registered for individually because it is part of a package.
No prior gymnastics experience is needed to participate in this activity. Campers will learn the basics on all apparatus with an emphasis placed on proper form and developing solid gymnastics fundamentals. This experience will also provide the basics for tumbling techniques including body awareness and muscle control.
