About This Activity
Fun, fitness, and friendship! That is the motto for pickleball, the fastest growing sport for people of all ages! It is a fun sport that combines tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. This class will teach the children how to play pickleball and introduce them to a fun and active game that can be played by the whole family. Your child may purchase a pickleball paddle and ball when registering to take home, otherwise they may borrow one of the instructor's paddles. This class will be traveling to the pickleball courts. *Off Campus Travel Permission Required* Please sign up for this class only if you can attend every session, as tournaments and gameplay rely on full participation. *$15 fee for pickleball paddle and ball if student would like to purchase one to keep, otherwise paddles and balls will be provided for the class.
