Experience the fun and challenge of Yoga! Spend the week enjoying games, movement, breathing exercises and music; all aimed towards creating joy, reducing stress, improving concentration, mood, balance, strength, flexibility and confidence. And most of all, having so much fun! Each class will enjoy unique practices especially geared towards their age group.
