About This Activity
Frosty FUNdamentals is a dynamic skill-building for lacrosse players in grades 3 - 6 who want to sharpen their game and get ready for spring. This 2.5 hour session is all about developing skills, improving game IQ, and having a blast doing it! Players will work directly with Sewickley Academy coaches and players in a fun, high-energy environment that emphasizes our core values: Respect, Effort, Passion, and Selflessness. Through age-appropriate drills and games, participants will build confidence, improve their technique, and experience what makes Sewickley Lacrosse special. This is more than just a winter workout - it's a chance to be part of something exciting, learn from experienced coaches, and take your skills to the next level. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the day! Participants must bring full lacrosse equipment, water, and athletic shoes (in case we move indoors). In the event of inclement weather, the rain/snow day will be scheduled for Saturday, February 28.
