In this engaging ASA, students will explore U.S. history, government, and civic engagement through hands-on projects. They'll learn about Presidents, First Ladies, currency, and key documents like the Constitution and Bill of Rights. By examining local government and community issues in Sewickley, they'll research solutions and take action - whether through posters, letters to officials, or awareness campaigns. This program fosters critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving while empowering students to make a real impact!
