This expression class will be a combination of preparing fun and healthy foods to eat and take home. We like to alternate the types of foods such as the first week could be sweets (desserts or snacks) and the following week will be savory foods (pizzas, pasta, etc). The girls will learn how to prepare food (measuring, mixing, cooking/baking, etc). We also try to explain the science of how the food is being prepared. The girls will learn the importance of cleaning before and after preparing (handwashing, dishes, etc) for safe practices handling foods. Come cook with us!
