About This Activity
Middle School Acting enhances the skills required for students to engage fully with the various elements of theatre. By fostering confidence, encouraging imagination, and emphasizing the significance of teamwork, students become adept at communicating effectively through both their voice and body. Beginning acting is a delightful and enjoyable way for students to gain insights into themselves, discover their place in the world, and explore their emotions. Additionally, it promotes empathy and a deeper understanding of others. Students in this class will have the opportunity to be included in the cast of STAR POWER Musical in January. The weeks of January 4 - 23 will be used for rehearsal for the musical so no official class will be held.
