Our Yoga & Mindfulness Camp blends movement, breathing exercises, and fun mindfulness activities to help kids develop self-awareness, confidence, and inner calm. Through yoga flows, guided meditation, nature walks, and creative exercises, campers will learn valuable tools to manage stress, improve concentration, and build resilience in a supportive and playful environment. As with all our summer programs, campers in this program will have the opportunity to participate in all the classic camp activities such as swimming, boating, campfires, cookouts and more.
