Seated Tai Chi is a chair-based practice that combines flowing upper-body movements and breathwork. The exercises promote relaxation, flexibility, relaxation, and mindfulness. No prior experience required. No class 10/12 & 10/19 Dianne Mros, M.Ed. is an experienced educator with endorsements in elementary education, reading and writing specialist, special education, and learning disabilities. She is a Reiki Master and certified tai chi for health instructor. Dianne also has certifications in TJQMBB and Mindfulness.
