About This Activity

This class will introduce a variety of simple meal recipes that can be made using muffin tins. These meals are designed to be eaten right away or frozen for later reheating in the microwave. The hands-on sessions will include instruction on how to properly store the meals, as well as opportunities to sample the recipes. Jeffery, the former owner of the Meadow Muffin Café in Maine, brings years of culinary experience and passion for cooking and healthy eating to all the classes he teaches Additional Material Fee: $10 payable to the instructor
