About This Activity
Description
This two and half hour seminar is designed for anyone new to Excel that has basic computer skills. You will learn how this powerful program can help with basic and more complex data analysis and how to use it for home and business tasks. The student should be comfort- able using the keyboard and mouse to enter information into the computer.Parent/Guardian must initial for anyone under 18 years old. Permission is granted for my son/daughter to participate in the above activity as it was discussed in agreement with the South Milwaukee Recreation Department. I understand that neither the South Milwaukee School Board nor the South Milwaukee Recreation Department assumes liability for payment of medical-hospital expenses, which may be incurred by myself or the person on this form while participating in any activity, but said I would assume liability for the duration of the activity. If a health condition exists that would limit participation in this activity, I will notify the South Milwaukee Recreation Department. I agree to the unreserved use of my name and/or likeness (including photographs) for publicizing South Milwaukee Recreation Department Programs. We may photograph several of our activities and their participants for program promotion. Photos may be used in flyers, brochures, or our website. Please notify the photographer if you wish to avoid having your photo taken.
