About This Activity
Description
Campers will learn the fundamentals of swinging, putting, and body positioning. Skyhawks has adopted the SNAG (Starting New At Golf) system as its curriculum. SNAG, developed by the PGA is designed explicitly for entry-level players using plastic clubs and tennis balls; SNAG sim- plifies instruction so young players can quickly and effectively transition onto the golf course. All equipment provided. The program will run outdoors on the Rawson Lower Softball Field (right field area).
Parent/Guardian must initial for anyone under 18 years old. Permission is granted for my son/daughter to participate in the above activity as it was discussed in agreement with the South Milwaukee Recreation Department.
I understand that neither the South Milwaukee School Board nor the South Milwaukee Recreation Department assumes liability for payment of medical-hospital expenses which may be incurred by myself or the person on this form while participating in any activity, but said I will assume liability for the duration of the activity. If a health condition exists that would limit participation in this activity, I will notify the South Milwaukee Recreation Department.
I agree to the unreserved use of my name and/or likeness (including photographs) for publicizing South Milwaukee Recreation Department Programs. We may photograph several of our activities and their participants for program promotion purposes. Photos may be used in various flyers, brochures, or our website. Please notify the photographer if you do not wish to have your photo taken.
