Description
Welcome to the South Milwaukee Recreation Department's Winter Break Fun Camp. December 23, 28, 29, 30, 7:00- 5:30 pm.This program provides a safe, engaging, affordable, and accommodating environment for children ages 4-12. Our camp will feature a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, small- and large-group games, athletics, and more.
Students should bring a bag lunch, a drink, and a snack.

I understand that neither the South Milwaukee School Board nor the South Milwaukee Recreation Department assumes liability for payment of medical-hospital expenses which may be incurred by myself or the person on this form while participating in any activity, but said liability will be assumed by me for the duration of the activity. If a health condition exists which would limit participation in this activity, I will notify the South Milwaukee Recreation Department.
