About This Activity
Course Description In this class, students will learn how to create original characters from start to finish. We’ll cover facial features, body proportions, poses, expressions, clothing, hairstyles, and personality through art. Students will practice drawing a variety of character styles while developing their creativity and confidence. By the end of the course, each student will have designed their own unique characters and gained the skills to continue bringing their ideas to life through drawing. Instructor: Ivette Instructor Bio: Hi! I’m Ivette Gomez, I’m a patient, creative, and encouraging artist who loves helping others bring their ideas to life. I believe everyone can learn to draw with the right guidance, no matter their skill level. My goal is to create a fun, welcoming classroom where students feel confident expressing themselves, trying new techniques, and improving with every drawing. I enjoy character design, storytelling through art, and inspiring others to discover their own unique artistic style.
