About This Activity
Course Description: Calling all artists! Join Ms. Jodie in the art room for an exciting art adventure where creativity comes to life! Each week, students will explore a variety of art materials and techniques while creating colorful, hands-on masterpieces to take home. Artists will sculpt with clay, paint with a range of media, experiment with mixed media, and discover exciting processes such as printmaking, collage, texture art, and fun 3D creations. Along the way, students will build confidence, strengthen fine motor skills, spark their imaginations, and learn that creativity has no limits. Instructor: Jodie Seller Instructor Bio: The arts have always been at the heart of my life, from dancing, acting, and singing as a child and young adult to learning from my mother the skills of sewing, quilting, drawing, and watercolor painting. I’ve had the joy of sharing that passion with children for over 20 years. 15 years teaching infants and toddlers in early childhood education before joining PANN, where I’m now beginning my sixth year as PANN’s art teacher.
