Ready to build confidence in the kitchen? In this hands-on class, young chefs will learn the fundamentals of kitchen safety and basic knife skills using kid-safe techniques. Students will master slicing, dicing, and preparing their own fruits and snacks—graduating step-by-step toward prepping fun, tasty mini-meals! My name is Liam, and I will be teaching elementary and middle school students basic cooking and kitchen skills in a safe, controlled environment. I am currently studying culinary arts at Debbie Smith, where I continue to develop my skills. Having attended Pinecrest for six years, I am familiar with the community and enjoy working with students of all ages. My goal is to share my knowledge of cooking while helping students build confidence, learn new skills, and gain experience they can use throughout their lives.
