Course Description: In this course we will be learning basic cooking skills that will help in the real world. We will alternate between cooking and baking. This course is supposed to be a fun interactive way to learn valuable cooking skills. Instructor: Kelsi Daniels Instructor Bio: Hi! My name is Kelsi Daniels I’m 16 years old and currently attending Spanish Springs high school. my hobbies include singing, playing guitar, hiking, cooking and baking. I have grown-up teaching and working with kids. I have been taking a class at Spanish Springs called family consumer science where we do baking and cooking labs. From this class, I have learned how to put fun labs into a short amount of time. I would love to teach more people how fun cooking and baking is and how useful it can be in the real world!
