Description
Children will enjoy this fast-paced, action-packed and fun game while bonding with teammates and developing fast friendships. This instructional program teaches children the basics of kickball along with teamwork skills!
The children will learn team play and develop sports skills while having fun.
Just Play consist of games only, with a little warm up.
Program Requirements:
- Bring a water bottle labeled with your child's name.
- Wear athletic and comfortable clothing for running.
- Closed-toed shoes are required, no crocs.
**Fees increase after May 27.
VOLUNTEER COACHES NEEDED!YMCA sports are based on seven guiding principles: Everyone plays, safety first, fair play, positive competition, sports for all, sports for fun, and family involvement. Our sports are supported by parent volunteers, who are engaged as coaches, referees, scorekeepers, and raving fans.
The YMCA uses volunteer coaches to provide leadership tot he community through structured athletic activities. In person training sessions will be held before the seasons and online training is also available. YMCA staff guidance is provided throughout the season.
