About This Activity
Description
Karate is designed for personal growth with the added coordination of spirit, mind, and body. Students will work with a variety of conditioning exercises that build strength, stamina, and coordination.
Additional Information:
- Skill level is determined by instructor.
What Do I Need:
- Comfortable clothing, and a bottle of water.
Purchasing of a karate gi is available the first of each month. See instructor for additional information and form.
