About This Activity
Description
Learn the principles and fundamentals of Japanese Shotokan Karate. This class is for all ages, and no previous experience or any equipment is required. All participants will benefit from: stress relief, increased energy, improved flexibility/mobility/balance, better focus and self-defense.
