Coming Into Full Bloom:
A Deep Spring Sound Bath Experience
at the Longview Recreation Center
As spring reaches its fullness, nature reminds us that growth does not happen all at once, it unfolds, gently and in its own perfect timing.
This sound bath is an invitation to pause… to breathe… and to reconnect with the quiet expansion already happening within you.
What has been forming beneath the surface—through reflection, healing, and small, unseen steps—is now ready to open.
During this deeply relaxing experience, you will be guided into a meditative state while immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle instruments. These vibrations support the body in releasing tension, calming the nervous system, and creating space for clarity, renewal, and inner alignment.
For best comfort, wear loose-fitting clothing and socks. Bring a yoga mat, meditation pillow, or any items that help you feel relaxed and supported, such as a light blanket, eye mask, bolster, or water bottle. Feel free to lie down or sit in a chair—whatever feels most comfortable for you.
Children aged 12–17 are welcome to attend with a parent, provided they can remain still and quiet for the full 45-minute session. If you are pregnant or have a pacemaker or metal implants, please consult your physician before attending.
Disclaimer: If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or metal in your body, consult your physician before signing up. No credits/refunds will be given without 48 hours written notice prior to start of class to sharon.carolan@williamsoncounty-tn.gov
