Join the fun and introduce your young athlete to the exciting world of track and field with My First Sports! This program teaches the basics of sprints, jumps, and throws. With an emphasis on fun and teamwork, experienced coaches will guide you and your child through the learning process, ensuring that everyone has a great time. At the end of the program, your child will receive a medal to commemorate their achievement. Parent or guardian participation is required for this introductory athletics program.
My First Sports sessions will take place outside at Meadow Park in the open space.
