About This Activity
Missouri Baptist University is so excited for our annual Fall Dance Team Clinic & Tryout on October 18th! This clinic is open to any high school-aged dancers although only seniors may use this as their official tryout. The clinic will be conducted by the MBU dance coaching staff and the current dance captains on the team. Throughout the clinic we will teach you three short combos in jazz, hip hop, and pom. Additionally, you will receive individualized coaching for turns, leaps, and tumbling tricks. This clinic is an amazing opportunity to learn from college coaches, meet current college dancers, showcase your talents, master your skills, and refine your technique! If you are a senior and you are interested in using this as your official tryout simply email the head coach abby.jeschke@mobap.edu with your full name and graduation year. Attendees are required to wear dance clothes such as leggings/biker shorts with a tank top. Hair must be pulled back and out of your face. Be sure to also bring any dance shoes you may need (turners, jazz shoes, tennis shoes etc.)! Schedule: 1:45pm: Registration 2:00pm: Campus Tour 2:30pm: Clinic 4:30pm: Q&A
