About This Activity
Curious about theater? This one-week camp is the perfect chance for students to explore creativity, build confidence, and experience the excitement of the stage in a fun and supportive environment. Participants will engage in hands-on activities that introduce many parts of the theatrical process. Campers will explore acting through improvisation, character work, and script practice while experimenting with voice, movement, and stage presence. They’ll also get a taste of behind-the-scenes elements such as props, costumes, set pieces, and basic production tasks. Through collaboration and creativity, students will try new things, discover their strengths, and gain a true sense of what theater is all about.
